SALARY RANGE $26.19 - $36.37 WORK ASSIGNMENT DETAILS Waukesha County's Department of Health & Human Services is recruiting for a talented Economic Support Specialist. Economic Support Specialists perform work determining eligibility for public assistance programs including FoodShare, Medical Assistance, BadgerCare, and Child Care. This work is performed through a call center environment in a multi-county consortium, requiring strong customer service skills to assist clients effectively, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive experience during interactions. Additionally, good written communication skills are essential for accurately documenting casework and corresponding with members.
