About this role

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Primarily responsible for overseeing the operation and compliance of our offal screening, DAF, sludge production/dewatering, and chemical mixing/injection system. Must always use and maintain personal protective equipment, and work in compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: Monitors and operates offal equipment and machinery such as tumble screens, augers, pumps, motors, dewatering equipment, compressors, chemical feed equipment, etc. Observes the fill level on trailers and tankers Drives jockey truck to move full and empty trailers and tankers Monitors mechanical waste water equipment such as meters, pumps, motors, electrical, pivots, etc.…
