Drug and Alcohol Practitioner – Forward Leeds Location: Forward Leeds, Irford House, Seacroft Crescent, Leeds, LS14 6PA Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including one late evening per week as part of the contracted hours.
