About this role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Development Specialist to join our Talent team for a six-month maternity cover. The role will support the design, coordination and delivery of learning and talent development initiatives, with a particular focus on project management, content curation, digital learning, data analysis and programme operations. Working closely with the Talent Development team, P&C Partners and external providers, the successful candidate will bring a structured, practical approach and be able to take ownership of existing initiatives quickly. Key responsibilities Coordinate learning and talent development projects from planning and design through to delivery and evaluation.
