About this role

Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking a People Partner (HRBP) to join our People Operations team in NYC. In this role, you’ll support a highly technical employee population, partnering with engineering leaders to understand their challenges and design and execute talent solutions to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.You will operate as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on problem-solver, building strong relationships with leaders to advise and support them through organizational growth, team design, change management, and leadership development.
