Our PACE model of care is unique, in that we are the health plan and the provider of primary care services that allow our participants to stay in their homes rather than a skilled nursing facility. The Outreach and Enrollment (O&E) Training Manager is accountable for onboarding and training O&E resources in new markets, in addition to the training and development of existing markets.
