The Clinical Resource RN is an experienced registered nurse who uses the nursing process (assesses, plans, implements, evaluates) to provide clinical staffing support across high need Well Care Home Health regions. This role provides direct nursing services, case management support, and care coordination during vacancies, census fluctuations, and other organizational staffing needs.
