This team plays a vital role in delivering reliable, scalable, and resilient technology that supports critical operational processes and customer outcomes across the enterprise. The FCT team is actively engaged in modernization efforts aimed at evolving legacy capabilities into modern, service‑based architectures. These initiatives focus on improving system reliability, scalability, performance, and integration across upstream and downstream platforms.
