About this role
Als Senior Analytics Partner – Operations (all genders) bist du die primäre analytische Ansprechperson für unser Operations-Department, bestehend aus Customer Success, Customer Care & Collections, Systems Performance, Technical Implementation und Supply Chain. Du reportest an den Head of Data und arbeitest eigenständig mit den Operations-Teams zusammen.
Wichtig: Wir suchen jemanden mit echter analytischer und technischer Tiefe, der/die eigenständig Insights produziert, Projekte end-to-end ownt und proaktiv Probleme identifiziert statt auf Anfragen zu warten.
