Job Description Position Summary: Wentworth Institute of Technology’s Co-ops & Careers department is looking for a Co-op & Career Advisor (CCA) to join our Integrated Advising Collaborative (IAC). In this role, you’ll work as part of a coordinated advising team, alongside Academic and Faculty Advisors, to help students build career readiness skills, connect their academic experience to professional pathways, and successfully complete Wentworth’s cooperative education requirement. Cooperative Education is the cornerstone of a Wentworth undergraduate degree. All undergraduate students must complete two co-op semesters as a graduation requirement, and your work will directly support their success in that process.
