Job Description The Residential Community Director oversees the day-to-day operations of a residential area, supervises the staff assigned there, offers support and outreach to students within the residential area, and provides co-curricular opportunities for the residents . They ensure a safe, healthy living, and learning environment by enforcing institutional policies. In addition, they support all functions of Housing & Residential Education and the Division of Student Affairs. This is a full-time 12-month position, live in position. Staff are provided with a furnished apartment. Partner and pet policy in place for all live-in staff.
