Job Title: Financial Reporting Manager Location: CityScape What you'll do: The Financial Reporting Manager (FRM) will report directly to a Financial Reporting Director and will be primarily responsible for overseeing the Company’s Regulatory Reporting function, performing both recurring and ad hoc duties, with accountability for timely and accurate delivery. The FRM is expected to have robust subject matter expertise (SME) and the ability to lead and manage functional areas without day-to-day tactical oversight. The FRM also plays a key role in ensuring compliance with SOX, policies and procedures, as well as applicable banking regulations. Lead the preparation and review of the Basel Capital Ratios on a quarterly basis.…
