Lead Teller/Lead Front Line Associate At Western Union, we are searching for a qualified Lead Teller to lead our team with enthusiasm. The Lead Teller will oversee staff, work with Western Union customers, and help grow transactions and revenue. We are looking for an IC who can continuously increase the team’s productivity. The Lead Teller will be responsible for helping in hiring and training staff, as well as leading teams in strategizing how to cultivate branch success. Key responsibilities Liaise between the branch and head office and be the bridge between management and FLA’s. Conduct audit of branches to ensure compliance.
