About this role

Mō te tūranga | About the Role You’ll design and maintain automation solutions across contact centre platforms and integrations , working with engineers, platform specialists, vendors and stakeholders to improve quality and reduce delivery risk . What you’ll be doing Build and maintain automated functional, API, integration, regression and end-to-end tests. Embed testing into CI/CD pipelines and support shift-left practices. Review requirements, identify quality risks and support release readiness. Investigate defects and contribute to continuous improvement. Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
