JOIN OUR TEAM Als B2B Backoffice Advisor bist du Teil unseres wachsenden Geschäftskundenteams und trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, unseren Kunden ein reibungsloses After-Sales-Erlebnis zu bieten. Du betreust unsere B2B-Kunden, beantwortest Anfragen, koordinierst Bestellungen und stellst während des gesamten Prozesses einen exzellenten Service sicher. Darüber hinaus unterstützt du unsere Account Manager bei administrativen Aufgaben im Backoffice und wirkst aktiv an der Optimierung interner Abläufe mit.
