About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to own the administration, reliability, and technical governance of our Electronic Communications Archiving and Surveillance platform, Theta Lake. This role will serve as the primary Theta Lake platform owner and administrator, responsible for platform stability, feed ingestion, surveillance enablement, compliance readiness, and integrations across regulated communication channels such as email, chat, collaboration tools, and voice.
