The Role The Process Engineer is responsible for monitoring and improving production processes to drive standardization, efficiency, and operational stability. This role contributes directly to achieving production and quality objectives through continuous process improvement, technical support, and cross-functional collaboration. What You’ll Do (Impact Areas) Process Monitoring & Improvement Monitor and control production processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions. Develop, maintain, and update process specifications, process flow diagrams, annexes, and PFMEA (AMEF). Follow up on the implementation of Maintenance Memos. Propose and support continuous improvement projects to ensure process continuity and stability.…
