About this role
The Role Lead the plant's Operational Excellence strategy through advanced data analysis to identify productivity, profitability, process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement opportunities. Ensure alignment and deployment of regional and global Operational Excellence initiatives that drive key plant performance indicators. Optimize processes and systems through Lean methodologies focused on eliminating non-value-added activities, digitalization, automation, and transformation toward the Factory of the Future. What You'll Do Lead the deployment and sustainability of Operational Excellence disciplines across the plant, including 5S, Kaizen, High Performance Teams (HPT), and Problem Solving methodologies.…
