What You Will Do The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading, coordinating, and developing the maintenance team to ensure the highest levels of equipment reliability, safety, quality, and operational performance within the Power Frame manufacturing area. This position oversees corrective, preventive, predictive, and reliability-focused maintenance activities while supporting the plant's objectives related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and OEE. The supervisor is expected to be a highly engaged, hands-on leader who works closely with Production, Engineering, Reliability, and Maintenance Planning to drive continuous improvement, eliminate chronic equipment failures, and maximize asset performance.…
