Job Summary: Oversee the daily operations of a group of A-B Class of properties. Develops the financial and business strategies relating to organizational property ownership. Oversee other property functions, such as maintenance, asset management, supervises accounting, human resources, or marketing. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. Responsible for input into developing the budget and reviewing financials. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. This position is responsible for overseeing and supporting up to 10 Property Managers.…
