(Entry-Level) Residential Construction Superintendent

David Weekley Homes is looking for enthusiastic people with residential construction and proven supervisory or management experience to support our Charleston division. This role requires excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Job responsibilities: The planning, scheduling, implementation and coordination of quality-built homes from development through final construction on a timely and economical basis. Involvement in managerial oversight of homes. Selection, coordination, oversight and management of people, materials, budgets, schedules and contracts. Direct and monitor the progress of a variety of projects.
