Job Description Position Summary The Manager, Program Planning and Performance is a people leader responsible for coordinating Washington Gas’s (VA, DC, and MD) capital program planning activities, forecasting, financial performance monitoring, resourcing, contracting support, and maintaining associated decision documentation within the Project Management Office (PMO). This role ensures alignment between strategic business objectives, project execution plans, and financial governance processes.
