Qué buscamos En Widergy creamos soluciones de Software y IoT que evolucionan la forma en que las personas y empresas gestionan los recursos naturales, y estamos buscando: Analista de Soporte para brindar soporte y atención de clientes, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento y calidad de los productos. Principales responsabilidades Gestión y resolución de incidentes: Recepción, diagnóstico y resolución de los tickets de los clientes, garantizando el estricto cumplimiento de los SLAs (acuerdos de nivel de servicio) comprometidos. Análisis técnico de causa raíz: Ejecutar consultas en bases de datos (SQL) y utilizar herramientas de diagnóstico para investigar el origen de las incidencias reportadas y analizar requerimientos funcionales.…
