Bei uns übernimmst du mehr als nur operative Aufgaben- du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für den Gebäudebetrieb. Du stellst sicher, dass unser Gebäude und Infrastruktur zuverlässig und reibungslos laufen. Du verantwortest die Betreuung unserer Gebäudetechnik (u.a. Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Elektro). Du planst und koordinierst Wartungen, Reparaturen und Instandhaltung – intern und mit externen Partnern. Du steuerst und überwachst Dienstleister und Handwerker . Du achtest auf Sicherheit, Ordnung und die Einhaltung aller Vorschriften.…
