ABOUT THE MANAGER GROWTH AND STRATEGY ROLE: WIN is looking for a Manager - Growth & Strategy to join our growing team in India. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role focused on connecting the dots across the business, identifying gaps, driving alignment, and ensuring strategic priorities move forward effectively. This role is ideal for someone who naturally thinks in systems, thrives in ambiguity, and enjoys working across teams to improve execution, accountability, and business momentum.
