ABOUT THE PRODUCT MANAGER ROLE: WIN is looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team in India. You will work at the intersection of AI, operations, data, and customer experience to build scalable, high-impact products across internal and customer-facing platforms. This is not a Scrum Master or delivery coordination role. This role requires a strong product mindset - someone who can identify opportunities before the market does, translate ambiguity into structured systems, and build products that fundamentally change how people work.
