ABOUT THE UX DESIGNER ROLE: WIN is looking for a UX Designer to join our growing team in India. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role requires a strong user-first mindset and the ability to simplify complex problems into elegant design solutions. You will contribute across the full UX lifecycle - from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
