About this role

Job Title: Healthcare Appointment Setting Specialist Position Type: Part-Time Work Hours: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time, Monday - Friday Salary rate: $5-$7 Job Responsibilities: Generate and nurture prospective patient leads. Respond to inquiries through email, text, and social media. Follow up consistently and schedule qualified appointments. Manage automated email and text follow-up sequences. Re-engage inactive patients and old leads. Manage social media comments and direct messages. Update lead information and activities in AcuBliss or other CRM/EHR systems. Track lead status and ensure no follow-up is missed. Identify workflow gaps and suggest improvements. Assist with newsletters, patient education, and basic social media posting.…
