ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Staff Fullstack Engineer to shape how we build across the entire product. This is a technical leadership role with engineering-wide scope — you’ll define architecture, lead cross-team technical alignment, and make decisions that determine how Clutch scales. You make engineers around you irreversibly better.
What You’ll Do
Within 3 months, you will:
- Map the key architectural decisions that shaped our current system and form a clear view of where complexity lives and where investment will have the most leverage
- Ship your first production contribution and establish yourself as a technical voice across the team
- Identify at least one cross-team technical problem worth surfacing and propose a path forward…
