About the role Join Wesley Mission Queensland as a Disability Support Worker in our Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) team. This is hands-on, meaningful work where you support vulnerable people with disability to build independence in their everyday lives. In this role, you will: Led by Registered Nurses Trained to practice High Intensity Supports (i.e. Dysphasia management, Epilepsy, Tracheostomy). Provide personal care and daily living support (meals, hygiene, household tasks) Support individuals to build independence and life skills Assist with community access and participation Work collaboratively with a team to deliver active supports and, person-centred care What your day can look like No two days are the same.…
