Your Role as Mental Health Recovery Worker The Mental Health Recovery Worker plays a vital role in supporting individuals living with severe mental illness to achieve their personal recovery goals and enhance their wellbeing within the Gold Coast community. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver individualised, recovery-oriented psychosocial supports and build strong therapeutic relationships to empower individuals to achieve meaningful outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Delivering person-centred, recovery-focused support that promotes independence, wellbeing and community participation.
