About this role
What You Will Do: Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with AS 9100 standards and Woodward-specific requirements. Collaborate with customers and Woodward colleagues to communicate and enforce quality requirements to Woodward suppliers. Utilize tools such as APQP, PPAP, and FAI to ensure the seamless launch of Woodward projects with suppliers. Work closely with suppliers to address quality issues through data analysis and the application of RCCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action) methodologies. Analyze supplier performance data to identify trends and implement improvement initiatives. Partner with sourcing teams to evaluate and develop supplier capabilities while maintaining accurate quality records.…
