As a Technical Director, you are the technology leader of a strategic client account - or a portfolio of accounts - with end-to-end ownership of the technical success and quality of our solution delivery. You work in close partnership with Delivery and Sales Leaders, ensuring that our clients not only go live successfully, but continue to thrive and scale with confidence.
You have the technical breadth and depth to drive solution designs with architects, partner closely with engineering leaders and lead from the front when needed during complex technical challenges or critical incidents. You set the tone for engineering excellence, while ensuring the right technical team structures and accountabilities are in place to deliver at scale.…
