About the role The Health & Safety team ensures that Workman delivers a robust and compliant service aligned with UK statutory requirements and industry best practice across our 11 offices and throughout our managed commercial property portfolio. This role provides support to both our internal teams within the Workman portfolio and our Property Managers, onsite management teams, and tenants by developing safe systems of work, delivering effective training, reducing risks, and helping to maintain a safe environment for all occupiers, visitors, and employees.
