About this role
About the role Responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of a diverse property portfolio. The role will require you tot take a lead role in building and maintaining the relationship with the Client. Your key objective is to protect the value of the landlord’s investment through proactive property management strategies and ensuring the tenant’s obligations under the leases are carried out. The role will require regular communication with institutional fund management clients and help lead the implementation of strategic projects, while supporting on-site staff such as Building Managers and Facility Managers deliver them.…
