Your Role Diagnose, repair, and refurbish e-bikes, including: Battery systems, Head units, Drive units, Lighting systems, Electronic sensors, All mechanical bicycle components Prepare e-bikes for delivery and maintain the existing fleet in optimal condition Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service quality and e-bike conditions Suggest and implement improvements to warehouse operations and workflow Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and safety in all repair tasks Your Qualifications Extensive expertise in electric bike mechanics Strong knowledge of bicycle repair and maintenance Passion for excellence and ability to work thoroughly and independently Interest in experimenting with new repair processes and continuous improvement Good knowledge of English for commu…
