About this role

WorkWave is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Communications & Brand Strategist to help execute our internal and external communication strategies. Reporting to the Director of Communications, you will be key in conveying WorkWave's mission, vision, and value proposition across our corporate audiences and our core vertical markets: pest control, green, commercial cleaning, and janitorial. This mid-level role is perfect for a strategic thinker who is ready to own and execute established communication programs while bringing fresh ideas and proven B2B SaaS experience. You will be vital in strengthening our brand reputation, driving employee engagement, and supporting overall business growth.
