Housekeeping - Guest Room Attendant

JOB SUMMARY The Guest Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning the guest rooms according to the Wynn & Encore standards of cleanliness. Completes self-inspections, and provides personal, professional and courteous service to every guest. The Guest Room Attendant is responsible for exceeding guest expectations through positive interactive skills and anticipating needs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Know and adhere to Wynn policies and procedures, embrace company culture and take pride in the resort and its amenities. Awareness of guest experience at all times, smile and make eye contact, communicate professionally. Follows all department policies and procedures for room cleanliness and self-inspection.
