Duties & Responsibilities Design and optimize wave soldering processes for new and existing products, ensuring high quality and efficiency. Develop and maintain process control plans to ensure consistent and defect-free soldering. Conduct process qualification and validation studies. Perform preventive maintenance on wave soldering equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve soldering issues, including rework processes. Manage spare parts for soldering equipment. Inspect PCBs for solder quality and cleanliness.…
