Deine Mission Wir suchen ab sofort dich als Operations Manager (m/w/d) in unserem Office in Sofia. Als Operations Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du die ganzheitliche Verantwortung für den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung eines Kundenservice-Projekts eines unserer namhaften Kunden. Dabei gestaltest du Prozesse von Grund auf, entwickelst skalierbare Strukturen und führst mehrere Team Leads sowie deren Remote-Teams. Darüber hinaus verstehst du dich nicht nur als Projektverantwortlicher, sondern als aktiver Treiber für die Weiterentwicklung unseres gesamten Operations Setups.
