About this role
About the Role As a Business/Functional Analyst, you will join YPTO’s AnalySD team within the “Commercial Channels & Products” domain, the IT partner of SNCB/NMBS Marketing & Sales. You support the digital ecosystem behind all commercial channels, including the website, mobile app, ticket vending machines, cash desks, onboard sales, and B2B platforms. You will take part in the full project lifecycle—requirements gathering, feasibility analysis, functional design, and user acceptance testing—ensuring our solutions deliver value and improve the customer experience.
