THE ROLE & THE TEAM We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Tech Talent Acquisition Partner to join Zalando. In this role, you’ll take full end-to-end ownership of a diverse and high-impact portfolio covering some of our business areas, such as ZMS, Size & Fit and Partner-facing tech teams. As a key partner to the business, you’ll bring vast expertise in the tech talent market, data-informed, hands-on approach to talent acquisition, combining active sourcing, strategic collaboration with employer branding, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
