Corporate Counsel/Staff Attorney

Job Summary: The Corporate Attorney / Staff Attorney is a member of the Legal Department that will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and drafting contracts to ensure alignment with Zeeco’s corporate risk profile. The Zeeco Legal Department researches, develops and distributes legal information and guidance in support of Zeeco’s internal and external business. The individual in this position will provide contracts work in pursuit of developing and maintaining the support of the Legal Department.
