JOB SUMMARY: Lead each shift by example and ensure success of all employees
JOB EXPECTATIONS:
Hold "tool box" talks during each shift.
Monitor area capacity / load on a daily basis.
Monitor quality of product.
Submit X-Ray checklists upon completion of weld joint.
Prepare and oversee the repair checklist and procedure when requried.
Review and monitor job specific ITP's.
Advise of hold points and X-Ray needs.…
