【Key Responsibilities】 • Act as on-site service representative for lithography products at end-customer locations • Perform installation, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and complex repairs on optical and mechatronic systems • Diagnose mechanical, hardware, and software issues and implement effective, cost-conscious solutions in line with internal procedures • Handle service requests via email, phone, or on-site and coordinate service activities with customers • Contribute to the development, testing, and implementation of new service strategies • Document service activities, analyze results, and drive quality and process improvements • Define training content, prepare documentation, and conduct technical training • Serve as the technical interface between ASML, ZEISS and End-Customer •…
