About this role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Track & Trace & Operations Coordinator to support our dispatch and carrier operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring active shipments, communicating with carriers, dispatching booked loads, maintaining accurate records in Port TMS, and ensuring all required shipment documentation is collected. The ideal candidate is organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and has previous transportation or logistics experience. Key Responsibilities Send email updates and follow up with carriers regarding shipment status, pickup, and delivery ETAs. Perform Track & Trace on active shipments and document status updates.
