About the team The Appraisal Desk team plays a critical role in supporting the mortgage process by ensuring appraisal orders are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. The team works closely with Sales, Processing, and Underwriting, as well as third-party appraisal management companies, to help keep loan files moving forward and deliver a smooth experience for internal partners and customers.
