Wo Du mit anpacken kannst Du nimmst das digitale Herzstück unseres HR-Bereichs in die Hand, übersetzt HR-Prozesse in eine messerscharfe System-Logik und erweckst neue Workday-Module auf Basis unseres bestehenden Setups eigenständig zum Leben. Du agierst als das technische Mastermind im Maschinenraum unserer HR-Tech-Welt: Während die strategische Projektleitung bei uns in festen Händen liegt, konzentrierst Du Dich voll und ganz auf das System-Design und die funktionale Konfiguration. Du hältst die Fäden bei der tieferen Administration zusammen, bist die erste Rettung bei komplexem Troubleshooting und steuerst Systemtests für unsere Führungskräfte, das HR-Team und die Mitarbeitenden absolut souverän.…
