About this role

What you can expect As a Principal AI Architect specializing in Agentic AI, you will design and oversee the development of intelligent agent systems for various industry verticals as part of Zoom AI Companion (AIC). Your architectural vision will directly shape the Zoom user experience through the creation of scalable, robust frameworks and system designs. You will establish technical standards for implementing novel algorithms that impact workplace efficiency and customer engagement across Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA), Zoom Customer Experience (ZCX), and Zoom Virtual Agent (ZVA).
