AX-CX팀은 고객사의 CX를 채널톡이 직접 책임지고 구축하는 조직입니다. AI Agent(ALF) 세팅부터 SOP 설계, 교육자료 생성, 실제 상담 인력 운영까지 — 솔루션만 제공하는 게 아니라 "시간이 지나도 무너지지 않는 운영 구조"를 남기는 것이 우리의 약속입니다.
이건 이론이 아닙니다. 이미 운영 중인 고객사에서 높은 AI 관여율·해결률과 의미 있는 운영비용(TCO) 절감이라는 검증된 결과를 만들어내고 있습니다.
